The Advancement Office of the College of Coastal Georgia promotes the work of students, faculty, and the College of Coastal Georgia Foundation internally within the College community, including alumni, and externally to the community-at-large. Functionally, the Advancement Office is responsible for alumni affairs, development, the College Foundation, marketing/public relations, and external relations.
The Advancement Office is responsible for maintaining website content, producing monthly e-newsletters for alumni, trustees, donors, retirees and friends of the College (Mariners Connection, Alumni Connection), producing a bi-monthly e-newsletter for faculty and staff (Campus Connection), publishing the College of Coastal Georgia magazine, and publishing the annual report.
