Brunswick Junior College has completed a third year of operations and is three years ahead of schedule...Of heart warming interest is the progress made in establishing a nursing education program to start in the fall of 1967. At the second graduating exercise held on June 9, forty-eight students were awarded associate degrees an increase from the twenty-eight receiving a degree in the first exercise. Educatio Pro Civitate is a reality for all of the citizens living in Brunswick and the Golden Isles of Georgia. Brunswick Junior College is providing a quality educational program that allows students to complete two years in Baccalaureate Degree programs for transferring to senior colleges and universities. In addition, the College has provided a very fine continuing adult education program that has met with eager success on the part of the thousands of adults who have taken advantage of these offerings.
