A: SUMMARY OF MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS IN 2004-2005 -- B: ANNUAL PROGRESS IN INSTITUTIONAL STRATEGIC PLANNING -- C: ANNUAL PROGRESS IN ASSESSING INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS -- SECTION D: RETENTION RATES AND GRADUATION -- E. MANAGEMENT OF CAMPUS CONFLICT AND CHANGE -- F. OVERALL INSTITUTIONAL HEALTH -- Brunswick Center consortium of CGCC, Armstrong Atlantic State University (AASU), and Georgia Southern University was authorized in spring 2005 to use the official designation as a University Center. -- New certificate of credit programs -- Dual enrollment programs developed (high school and college). -- Dual Enrollment and Community Aspiration for a Charter Technical High School. Led by the business community. -- International Studies growth -- Faculty Recognition -- For the 2004-2005 academic year, thirteen new faculty were hired. -- Strategies directed toward retention initiatives are continuing to be developed, implemented, and evaluated. -- Campus Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution mediated disputes between employees -- faculty and management "drowning in the workload of a growing college"
